Refund policy

We do not issue refunds for any reason a ticket holder can no longer attend the event.  Tickets are fully transferable and Ticket holders may request a "To go" order that can be picked up after the final seating if we are contacted in advance.

Weather and venue related cancelations  - Some locations of there.city have weather dependencies.  If there.city is unable to host the event at the specified venue, we will provide "To Go Boxes" that can be picked up and a 25% refund will be provided.

If there.city needs to cancel the event for any other reason, a full refund will be issued.
